Acsense is building the Identity Resilience platform that helps organizations protect, recover, manage, and continuously validate their identity infrastructure. The platform combines continuous backup, configuration management with instant rollback, rapid disaster recovery with automated failover, and continuous compliance validation into a single solution for cloud identity.

The customers include organizations across financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure, technology, and other highly regulated industries. We help them build resilience across leading enterprise Identity Providers, with support expanding across platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Auth0, and others.



About the Role


We're hiring our first Founding Senior Solutions Engineer to establish and grow Acsense's technical customer engagement across EMEA. You'll work with customers from initial discovery through successful production deployment while helping shape our product, our customer experience, and the emerging Identity Resilience category.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise IAM and Identity Provider (IDP) platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, PingOne, or SailPoint, and enjoys solving real customer problems. You'll lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, customer onboarding and implementation, integrations, and technical guidance while working closely with Product and Engineering. Experience with APIs, automation, identity resilience, disaster recovery, or data protection is a strong advantage. This role goes well beyond traditional solutions engineering. You'll work directly with customers, Product, Engineering, and Sales, and your feedback will have a direct impact on both the platform and how we bring it to market.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery through production deployment.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts that drive successful technical evaluations.
  • Partner with customer architects, IAM administrators, security teams, and developers to design solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Help customers onboard successfully, integrate Acsense into their environments, and adopt best practices.
  • Build strong technical relationships with customers, partners, and technology alliances.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering, bringing customer feedback directly into roadmap discussions.
  • Create technical demos, reference architectures, solution guides, webinars, and other customer-facing technical content.
  • Represent Acsense at customer meetings, partner engagements, webinars, and industry conferences across EMEA (occasional travel required).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, PingOne, SailPoint, or similar enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Experience designing, deploying, or supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work comfortably with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with REST APIs, automation, scripting, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with identity security, disaster recovery, backup, cyber resilience, or data protection is highly desirable. 
  • Interest or experience in AI identity, agentic systems, or modern identity architectures is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a startup where priorities change quickly and everyone contributes across multiple areas.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and excited to build something new.
