Position Overview:
We seek an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of full-desk recruiting experience. This role will be critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent to drive the growth of both AppsTek Corp and ImageVision AI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical recruiting, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a focus on quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Desk Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Sourcing Talent: Proactively source top IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding efforts across digital platforms to attract top talent.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction to measure recruitment success.
- Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of IT recruiting experience, including full-desk recruiting (both sourcing and closing candidates).
- Proven track record of successfully placing technical talent across various IT domains such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies, roles, and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with a high level of efficiency.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, and computer vision roles (specific to ImageVision AI).
- Familiarity with digital transformation and application modernization hiring needs (specific to AppsTek Corp).
- Prior experience working in a staffing agency or high-growth tech company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
