Business Analyst (Cybersecurity Awareness) – Contract

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives within a leading energy organization. This role plays a key part in enhancing the organization's security posture by driving user awareness, training effectiveness, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs, including:
    • Role-based training initiatives
    • Phishing simulation campaigns
    • Security awareness communications
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules, activities, and deliverables
  • Conduct research on cybersecurity risks, trends, and industry best practices
  • Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and learning resources
  • Track and report on program metrics, KPIs, and training effectiveness
  • Assist in audit readiness and compliance activities
  • Collaborate with:
    • Cybersecurity subject matter experts (SMEs)
    • Internal stakeholders and business teams
    • External vendors and learning partners
  • Ensure programs align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness or training programs in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with metrics tracking, reporting, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with phishing simulation tools and security awareness platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, or similar)
  • Background in learning & development (L&D) or training program support

Additional Details

  • Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Minimal travel required
  • Driving may be required for this role (valid driver's license needed)
  • No per diem or relocation assistance provided
