Business Analyst (Cybersecurity Awareness) – Contract
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives within a leading energy organization. This role plays a key part in enhancing the organization's security posture by driving user awareness, training effectiveness, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of enterprise cybersecurity awareness programs, including:
- Role-based training initiatives
- Phishing simulation campaigns
- Security awareness communications
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, activities, and deliverables
- Conduct research on cybersecurity risks, trends, and industry best practices
- Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and learning resources
- Track and report on program metrics, KPIs, and training effectiveness
- Assist in audit readiness and compliance activities

Collaborate with:
- Cybersecurity subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Internal stakeholders and business teams
- External vendors and learning partners
- Ensure programs align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness or training programs in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and risk management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with metrics tracking, reporting, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with phishing simulation tools and security awareness platforms
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, or similar)
- Background in learning & development (L&D) or training program support
Additional Details
- Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Minimal travel required
- Driving may be required for this role (valid driver's license needed)
- No per diem or relocation assistance provided
