Overview

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join their team on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on building intelligent, scalable HR service solutions by combining ServiceNow HRSD development with cutting-edge agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and a strong background in creating AI-assisted workflows to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.

This is an onsite position in Juno Beach, FL, offering the opportunity to work on innovative HR technology projects within a major enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for HR service use cases including intelligent case routing, guided resolution, summarization, and knowledge recommendations.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including HR Case Management, COEs, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Workspaces.
• Build complex automations using Flow Designer, reusable subflows, and approval processes.
• Design and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems (HRIS, IAM, document/eSignature platforms) using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Transform Maps.
• Develop scoped applications using App Engine Studio, including scripting, data models, and security controls.
• Collaborate with HR, platform, and integration teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience with 3-7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation and configuration
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
• Demonstrated integration experience with enterprise HR systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Transform Maps
• Experience with AI/automation concepts and implementation within ServiceNow
• Ability to work onsite in Juno Beach, FL for the duration of the contract
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation certification
• Experience with agentic AI workflows or ServiceNow's AI capabilities
• Background in HR technology or HRIS systems integration
• Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries
