Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. This role is responsible for managing campaign timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring marketing initiatives launch smoothly, stay on schedule, and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with internal channel owners and external vendors to ensure consistent brand execution and strong campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of integrated marketing plans across digital and print channels, ensuring campaigns launch on time and perform as intended
- Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables from kickoff through completion, managing details with precision
- Manage campaign approval processes, coordinating with stakeholders to secure timely sign-offs and maintain momentum
- Partner closely with internal channel owners to align on priorities, messaging, and execution
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent brand standards
- Develop channel-specific content that strengthens messaging, engages audiences, and reflects the organizations brand voice
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance content quality, and improve marketing efficiency
- Support ongoing marketing operations and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools to support marketing operations, content development, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and multi-channel campaign management tools
