Overview

We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their innovative team and drive end-to-end quality assurance for mission-critical financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (UI and API)
- Develop and execute manual test cases when required
- Support CI/CD pipelines to enable scheduled and continuous test execution
- Validate end-to-end application workflows across teams
- Identify, document, track, and resolve software defects
- Ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the SDLC
- Define and communicate quality metrics related to performance, security, compliance, and reliability
- Partner with delivery teams to align QA strategy with product roadmaps and timelines
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software quality engineering
- 5+ years in a Senior Quality Engineer role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Cypress and Selenium
- Experience with JMeter or similar performance testing tools
- JavaScript / TypeScript and Java
- AWS or similar cloud platform
- UI and API automation for web applications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
