We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their innovative team and drive end-to-end quality assurance for mission-critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (UI and API)
  • Develop and execute manual test cases when required
  • Support CI/CD pipelines to enable scheduled and continuous test execution
  • Validate end-to-end application workflows across teams
  • Identify, document, track, and resolve software defects
  • Ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the SDLC
  • Define and communicate quality metrics related to performance, security, compliance, and reliability
  • Partner with delivery teams to align QA strategy with product roadmaps and timelines

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software quality engineering
  • 5+ years in a Senior Quality Engineer role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress and Selenium
  • Experience with JMeter or similar performance testing tools
  • JavaScript / TypeScript and Java
  • AWS or similar cloud platform
  • UI and API automation for web applications
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
