Senior Contract Coordinator

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Contract Duration: 17 months

Overview of the Role:
Lead the future of renewable energy as a Senior Solar Contract Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing critical solar repower construction activities. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on sustainable energy infrastructure while working with cutting-edge solar technology and leading diverse teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of solar repower construction activities and coordinate QA/QC processes
  • Monitor project progression and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
  • Supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on solar equipment
  • Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules for project alignment
  • Ensure on-site security protocols and safety compliance are maintained
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, delays, and project modifications
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ROI teams for seamless project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: 6 - 15 years of experience in years of experience in solar construction and commissioning projects. 
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or leader role in a renewable plant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a PLUS.
