Compensation: $205,000 - $275,000 (depending on location applied to)

A national Am Law firm with a 750+ lawyer Finance Department is seeking an Associate with 2 - 5 years of real estate finance experience to join its highly active real estate finance group. Preferred locations include Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Extensive experience with a wide range of debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by or invested in real estate projects.
• Construction financing and multi-tiered capital stack transactional experience.
• Exposure to structured real estate finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate matters.
• Experience working with lender/capital provider-side clients (borrower-side experience acceptable as well).
• Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills.
• Active bar license in the office location where applying

Compensation & Benefits:
