Field Supervisor | Various US Locations | 12-Month Contract

Overview of the Role

Join our team as a Field Supervisor representing our client at construction sites across the US. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee electrical installations, enforce safety standards, and serve as the essential link between vendors, contractors, and management. This position offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and leadership for those with electrical construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site company representative, managing daily interactions with third-party vendors and contractors

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, electrical codes, and construction standards

  • Create detailed daily logs and progress reports with photographic documentation

  • Oversee installation of electrical components including cable/conduit installation, splicing, and testing

  • Implement and enforce Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures

  • Travel to project sites nationwide with assignments lasting 4-6 months

  • Maintain communication with Construction Manager, Project Manager, and site leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction with focus on electrical installations

  • Knowledge of LOTO procedures and safety protocols

  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting

  • Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel to various US locations

  • Military experience with electrical background is a plus
