Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate diagnostic imaging equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot complex medical imaging devices including Cathlab, C-Arms, and Ultrasound systems
- Collaborate with clinical healthcare providers to identify and resolve technology-based issues
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain detailed documentation
- Provide advanced equipment support for direct patient care
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Manage financial responsibilities for parts procurement and service coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance in healthcare settings
- Proven experience with Cathlab, C-Arms, and Ultrasound service (strongly preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities for medical imaging devices
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Hospital or healthcare environment experience required
