Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee biomedical equipment services including vendor management and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop a team of biomedical technicians and professionals
- Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling and project management
- Manage operations, client relations, and supervise engineering staff
- Ensure continuous high-level service delivery to staff, vendors, and clients
- Maintain customer satisfaction and public relations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years management experience and facilities/biomedical experience
- Expertise with Hamilton, Vyaire, Getinge, Phillips equipment (Ventilators, Telemetry, Patient Monitors)
- Experience in Critical Care, ER, OR, Lab, and GI equipment servicing
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and data management experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Hospital or healthcare setting experience
