• Plan and manage system planning studies with internal and external teams.
• Develop dashboards to track and communicate project progress and KPIs.
• Design user-friendly project management tools to monitor deliverables.

• Create detailed process manuals for onboarding and team support.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for project updates and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field.
• Proven experience in leading corporate initiatives and managing projects.
• Proficiency in developing tracking tools and dashboards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with power system study tools (e.g., PSSE, PSCAD) is a bonus.
