Overview
Join the forefront of renewable energy development as a Construction Supervisor evaluating and de-risking new wind project sites. In this pivotal role, you'll apply your construction expertise to assess potential wind farm locations, ensuring projects move forward with minimal complications and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate roads, bridges, culverts, and existing infrastructure at potential wind project sites
Assess overall constructability of new locations and identify potential challenges
Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, analytics teams, and environmental consultants
Develop comprehensive site intelligence reports and recommendations
Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to address construction feasibility concerns
Guide decision-making processes regarding site selection and development strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in renewable energy projects
Strong knowledge of infrastructure assessment and construction requirements
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with environmental regulations affecting construction projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote locations
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits
