Overview of the Role:
Join our client's revolutionary approach to clinical nutrition at a state-of-the-art acute care facility! This is a unique opportunity to lead a comprehensive nutrition program where Registered Dietitians have order writing privileges, allowing you to practice at the top of your scope while making a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the complete clinical nutrition program for a multi-specialty hospital

· Supervise and develop a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks across inpatient and outpatient services

· Provide direct patient care approximately 20% of the time

· Collaborate on meal service program implementation and menu management systems

· Foster a culture of learning and professional development

· Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management initiatives

· Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain standards of care

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Master's degree with ACEND-required coursework and supervised practice

· Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials

· Minimum 3 years acute care clinical experience

· At least 13 months management/supervisory experience

· Experience with regulatory accreditation and standards establishment

· Excellent communication and leadership skills
