Overview of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance teams in major wind component restorations (e.g., gearboxes, blade replacements).
  • Assess and optimize road entries to sites using GIS tools and data platforms.
  • Conduct road surveys and design modifications for safe equipment passage.
  • Ensure compliance with state, county, and landowner road agreements.
  • Manage civil projects, ensuring timely completion of planning and road modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in road design and modifications.
  • Proficiency in GIS tools, .kmz file creation, and road-use optimization studies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
