Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders to define and enhance contract specifications and scopes of work
  • Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and market research analysis
  • Lead contract redlining processes in collaboration with legal partners
  • Negotiate renewals, amendments, and terminations to optimize business value
  • Analyze historical spend data to develop forecasts and identify trends
  • Manage multiple concurrent project timelines and eliminate barriers
  • Present complex contract information to diverse audiences
  • Mitigate risks through strategic contractual protections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Previous exposure to contract legal review processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of contract terminology and best practices
  • Experience managing and interpreting complex data sets
  • Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent negotiations
