Overview of the Role:
Join our dynamic engineering team and play a pivotal role in advancing renewable energy infrastructure! As a Controls Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge control systems for solar PV and battery energy storage projects that power communities across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC-based control systems for renewable energy projects
• Program PLCs using function blocks, structured text, and ladder logic
• Configure and maintain SCADA systems for PV and BESS installations
• Develop HMI interfaces using Ignition platform
• Create control narratives, O&M manuals, and Functional Requirement Documents
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing for all projects
• Troubleshoot control system issues and provide innovative solutions
• Support commissioning and startup activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of PLC programming and industrial control systems experience
• Proficiency in function blocks, structured text, and ladder logic programming
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
