Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated troubleshooting calls for EV charger issues with empathy and technical expertise
• Communicate complex technical solutions in clear, customer-friendly language
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base development
• Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments efficiently
• Process online enrollment applications, including qualification verification
• Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
