Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional analyses and assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB guidelines
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance and integrate intervention strategies
  • Complete assessments and develop detailed reports within designated timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services according to funding requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all external accreditation standards and regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and active BCBA certification (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
  • Experience in conducting functional analyses and implementing behavior management strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with families and service providers
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency with digital documentation systems and basic computer skills
  • Physical capability to engage with clients in various settings

  • Base salary with some flexibility with experience, plus a $15k sign-on bonus (half after 90 days, half after one year)
