Role Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst where you'll be the final line of defense in ensuring software reliability and functionality. In this critical role, you'll verify that software operates as intended, free of defects, through rigorous testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive manual and automated tests to identify and document software defects

  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, procedures, and documentation

  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure software quality standards are met

  • Analyze software performance under various conditions and identify optimization opportunities

  • Develop and maintain effective test scripts to verify processes

  • Report issues with clear reproduction steps for development team resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies

  • Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira and Qmetry

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana systems (Mainframe knowledge preferred)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience documenting test cases and procedures
