Overview of the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Sr. Performance Test Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing renewable energy infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge utility-scale solar and battery projects, directly contributing to the clean energy transition while developing innovative analysis tools and testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance of utility-scale solar and battery projects
• Develop comprehensive test procedures and performance metrics
• Create detailed performance test reports for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with commissioning and project teams to optimize system performance
• Supervise performance testing operations and troubleshoot issues
• Evaluate PV systems against modeled performance using industry standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of technical and management experience
• 4+ years of PV performance and analysis experience
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, VBA, and data visualization tools
• Experience with HMI tools such as Ignition
• Strong communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time
