Overview of the Role

Join a leading IT organization as a Cybersecurity Technical Writer where you'll craft critical documentation that strengthens information security infrastructure. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in technical writing and cybersecurity governance to develop comprehensive procedures, playbooks, and governance documentation that protect vital systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cybersecurity governance documentation, procedures, and playbooks

• Collaborate with Information Security teams to document complex security processes

• Develop documentation using Quadient Inspire and related technologies

• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Lead meetings and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Optimize document templates and workflows for maximum efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in cybersecurity

• Quadient Developer experience with Quadient Inspire, Scaler, Dynamic Communications, and Interactive

• Experience with XML, JSON, flat files, and output formats (TNO, PDF, AFP)

• Proficiency with API, MQ, SFTP for input file retrieval

• Advanced skills in SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Java, SQL, Oracle Documaker, Xpression or other CCM tools

• Knowledge of Groovy, Github, and AWS cloud technologies

• Experience in data governance frameworks
