Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee engineering calculations and mechanical design solutions for complex applications
  • Lead field investigations, HVAC load studies, and energy modeling projects
  • Manage and mentor junior engineering staff while ensuring quality control
  • Serve as project manager on mechanically-driven facilities projects
  • Coordinate with clients, code officials, and permitting offices
  • Develop project management plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Participate in client presentations and business development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET accredited)
  • Professional Engineer License required
  • 12+ years of HVAC and plumbing systems design experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs
  • Strong understanding of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Project management experience preferred
