In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain critical project schedules for wind, solar, energy storage, and other innovative energy technologies. Your expertise in Primavera P6 will drive project success and ensure timely completion of infrastructure vital to America's energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 Software

  • Prepare monthly progress reports comparing baseline schedules to actual progress

  • Perform critical path method analysis and resource/cost loading

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary scheduling meetings with project stakeholders

  • Analyze schedule variances and assist in recovery plan development

  • Support project teams throughout the entire life cycle of various energy technology projects

  • Report project status to management in a clear and concise manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling software

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or related field

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification

  • Experience leading complex projects requiring detailed analysis

  • Knowledge of transmission, substation, or nuclear operations

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead schedule review meetings

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Team-oriented with positive attitude and collaborative approach
