Based in Naperville, Illinois, you'll support direct and indirect sales activities, managing everything from custom pricing requests to commercial agreement processing. 💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Directly support the Sales team by processing commercial agreements and managing the full sales support lifecycle
  • Analyze inbound Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and develop competitive pricing strategies
  • Coordinate account setup, gather usage data, and manage pricing refreshes to ensure accurate, timely proposals
  • Act as the primary liaison between Internal Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and Customers—ensuring seamless communication and delivery
  • Conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit
  • Lead medium to large project teams focused on sales support optimization and process improvement
  • Proactively engage in process design and modification initiatives to drive continuous business improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments to increase awareness of end-to-end processes
  • Provide frequent, consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables, status updates, and key metrics
  • Manage changes to proposals, opportunity setup, and bidding processes to maximize win rates

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, sales support, or related analytical roles
  • High School Diploma/GED minimum; Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
  • Professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in the energy sector, retail energy markets, or deregulated utilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Financial analysis skills and experience with pricing models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales support tools, or pricing software
  • Knowledge of natural gas or retail energy market dynamics
  • Process improvement or continuous improvement experience
