IAM ID Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of Users, Groups, Computers, OU's, Group Managed Service Accounts
- DNS, Group Policy, and Domain DFS
- Active Directory Sites and Services
- Windows Server Operating Systems up to and including Windows Server 2019
- Active Directory Trusts (forest, Child and External)
- Backup and Restore of AD objects
- Active Directory Schema and attributes
- NTFS and Share Permissions
- AD Certificate Services (PKI)
- PowerShell and/or another scripting language
- ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services)
- Any Identity Services e.g., OKTA, Ping, Forgerock
- Semperis Forest Recovery, Semperis DSP and Change Auditor
- Entra AD and Office 365
- Microsoft Azure AD Connect
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A proven background in identity services, supporting Active Directory, Entra AD and OKTA
- 3+ years supporting identity services in a large enterprise
- A background in multiple forest, multiple domain environments supporting resource domains for exchange
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Administration and Support
- Knowledge of Privilege Identity Management, Privilege Access Management
- Knowledge of Active Directory backup and recovery and advanced audit
- Knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Windows Firewall
- Capabilities in scripting in languages including PowerShell
- Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Services, templates, and management
