Discovering your exciting role

Take the lead in managing key HR processes, including employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and salary adjustments. Dive into data-driven insights by performing thorough statistical analysis and ensure seamless organization of records and files. With your expertise, you'll contribute to shaping a dynamic and efficient workforce, supporting both individual and organizational growth.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process by ensuring new hires sign their employment contracts and facilitate contract renewals for employees with expiring agreements. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed promptly to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive employee records, organizing both paper files and electronic records. Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and stored securely to comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee confirmation processes, salary adjustments, and job transfers. This includes issuing and replacing employee badges, locker keys, ESD cloth sets, and hats. Handle resignation procedures by collecting reusable items such as the ESD cloth set, hats, locker keys, and badges. Track all relevant documents and update employee records as needed for these processes.
  • Prepare and distribute a variety of reports, including end-of-month employee attendance records. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Collect essential documents from new hires, including photocopies of ID cards, bank account numbers, and EPF numbers. Ensure electronic records are submitted to the outsourced accountant to proceed with payroll processing.
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing and storage system for various employee-related documents. Ensure documents are easily accessible and securely stored to maintain compliance and support operational needs.
  • Assist in preparing for external audits by providing relevant documents and materials. Ensure all necessary paperwork is readily available to facilitate a smooth audit process.

Show your expertise

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in a HR field and with minimum 2 years of working experience is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.

    What we offer you

    • We offer competitive salaries package of RM3,500 - RM5,500 (depend on experience and qualifications)
