Job Requirement:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager and IT recruiter.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience in a results-oriented environment in a Software Product/Services company.
  • Excellent Recruitment skills of IT professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies [PHP, MVC, Sql , Java, HTML etc]
  • Should have experience hiring across levels in Designing and updating job description
  • Should have experience hiring across levels
  • Should have knowledge and experience of sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms, Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/ Projects)
  • Should have minimum bachelor's degree required
  • Should have effective communication skills
  • Should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Should have the experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Should have high energy and passion
  • Should have the ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions
  • Proficient with working on job portals and other recruitment portals, email correspondence and M.S. office or related software.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Maintaining and tracking of MIS reports related to talent acquisition
  • Ensuring timely closure of hiring, hiring cost optimization and monitoring TAT/ KPIs pertaining to recruitment.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to obtaining the requirement from the hiring managers, preparing the JD, sourcing through various mediums, setting up and manage the coordination for all the rounds of interview and placing an offer to the candidate
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting
  • To negotiate the salary with the selected candidates and release offers timely.
  • Managing the pre and post joining on-boarding formalities
  • Social Media Recruitment Prior experience in hiring through various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook is preferable
