About the job Financial Institutions Sales

Our client, a rapid-growing Trade Finance platform, is looking to hire an experienced FI Sales in Singapore. The role will be responsible for actively building relationships and forming partnerships with various financial institutions (banks and non-bank FIs).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and origination efforts to onboard financial institutions, investors, and trade finance providers onto the company's platform.
  • Develop and implement a relationship strategy to enhance the platform's value proposition for prospective and existing FI clients.
  • Acquire and establish partnerships with financial institutions in local, regional, and international markets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for newly acquired FIs.
  • Lead commercial discussions to build profitable relationships with clients and maximize revenue opportunities for the firm.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 7+ years of sales and relationship management experience with a proven track record in successfully selling/distributing trade finance solutions/assets to financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of financial services solution selling in the Asian market.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-level executives in banks and non-bank FIs
  • A self-driven and highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset
