IT Security Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Security Infrastructure Management: configuring, monitoring, and updating security systems to ensure their effectiveness and responsiveness to emerging threats.
• Access Control and Identity Management: overseeing access control mechanisms and identity management systems, managing user accounts, implementing multi-factor authentication, and conducting periodic access reviews.
• Security Incident Response: identifying, containing, and mitigating security incidents, conducting forensic analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Security Incident Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of security incidents, including incident reports, investigations, and remediation activities. Preparing security-related documentation and reports as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/ High Diploma holder in IT
• At least 2-3 years' of relevant experience
• Previous experience in IT security administration, information security
• Experience in managing and maintaining security infrastructure
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, M365
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Cantonese
