About the job IT Support Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Level 1 user support/troubleshooting
- Perform day-to-day PC administration and desktop services.
- Conduct regular system checking and operations.
- Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support.
- Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
