Trade Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Team Lead in overseeing daily trade operations, including import/export transactions and account receivable financing.
• Review import/export documents according to UCP and international practices.
• Ensure transactions meet service standards and follow established procedures.
• Support policy and guideline reviews assigned by management.
• Collaborate with other teams within the Banking Operations department as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in trade services operations.
• Familiarity with ICC UCP, URC, ISBP rules, and trade regulations.
• CDCS qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge of AML/Sanction procedures and transaction pre-assessment is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
