VP Real Estate Finance

Our client, a well-established bank, is looking to hire a VP for the growing Real Estate Finance team in Hong Kong.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support deal origination and build and maintain good relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers
• Lead deal execution and initiate the procedure of credit approval and deal closing
• Initiate market research, cashflow analysis, site inspections, structuring, preparing term sheet and documentation process to support real estate-related transactions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

​Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance or other related disciplines.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in real estate finance
• Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients would be a plus
• Excellent strategic and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both English and Mandarin Chinese
