Behavioural Risk Specialist

A financial institution is seeking a Behavioural Risk Specialist to join their Surveillance Framework function.

In this role, you will:

• Establish the roadmap and priorities for the culture risk assessment function 
• Lead the development and implementation of culture and behavioural risk assessment framework across the financial services ecosystem in Singapore 
• Drive the design and execution of qualitative research studies to identify emerging behavioural risks

Ideal Expertise:

• Masters/PhD in organisational behaviour, psychology, behavioural science
• Led and performed qualitative research relating to governance, culture and conduct 
• 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally within financial services 
  
• Strong in stakeholder engagement
