We are looking for a proactive operations lead to manage daily operations and logistics across company projects and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, and procurement.

• Ensure timely availability of project requirements.

• Resolve on-site operational challenges efficiently.

• Coordinate permits and approvals with government authorities.

• Conduct pre-project assessments and manage company facilities.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years in operations, logistics, or project management.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with government entities and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to conduct site visits and fieldwork.

• Leadership capability to manage junior team members.
