Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to plan and execute strategic communication, content, branding, and public relations initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the brand voice, increasing digital presence, and building strong relationships with the public, media, and key industry stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage content calendars across all social media platforms (Snapchat, Tiktok, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Create and supervise engaging content including posts, videos, and stories.

  • Analyze social media insights and campaign performance; optimize accordingly.

  • Monitor trends and conversations relevant to the PropTech and real estate industries.

Content Creation

  • Lead the development of high-quality marketing content including blogs, newsletters, web copy, presentations, and product materials.

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop content aligned with product launches and business goals.

  • Ensure tone of voice and content are aligned with brand positioning.

Communication & PR

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support the company’s business objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies.

  • Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, and Q&As for executives.

  • Manage crisis communications and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Branding

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

  • Support in refining and evolving the brand identity and messaging.

  • Coordinate with design teams/agencies for visual assets, campaigns, and brand experiences.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to tech, real estate, or PropTech sectors in Saudi Arabia

  • Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance analytics tools.

  • Experience in public relations, content strategy, and brand management.

  • Creative thinker with strategic insight and hands-on execution capability.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
