Job Title: QA Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong technical expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on coding skills with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern automation tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts using robot framework.
• Support with automation execution on multiple touchpoints
• Review, Analyze and report on test execution
• Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
• Support maintaining the framework keywords and components.
• Be part of the team meetings - planning and reporting

Minimum technical skills:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience using test management tools such as QMetry & JIRA, Browserstack.
• Hands-on experience on test automation with web, mobile (iOS & android).
• Familiarity or experience with the Robot Framework or Hybrid Framework. 
• Expert on Test Automation tool preferably Selenium with Java.
• Knowledge of POM design pattern.
• Basic understanding on REST APIs.
• Good to have knowledge in writing basic scripts using Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in CI/CD processes.
• Experience with sourcing tools (git) and project-tracking software like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
