Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience across key ServiceNow modules and configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow environment with a focus on automation, integration, and ITOM troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain update sets, ensuring seamless migration between environments.
  • Create and manage dashboards for monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain policies, check definitions, and check instances as per business requirements.
  • Install, configure, and manage MID Servers to facilitate communication between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Install and manage Agent Client Collectors (ACC) for data gathering and monitoring.
  • Configure and maintain event and alert management rules to support incident and operations management.
  • Perform ITOM troubleshooting to ensure platform reliability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform functionality and streamline processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 37 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
  • Strong working knowledge of update sets, dashboards, policies, check definitions/instances, MID Server, ACC, event/alert management, and ITOM troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in global enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ITOM components and ServiceNow integrations.
