Role: Java Developer

Exp Range : 6 to 9 years

Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, modern frontend frameworks, and experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on clean coding, reusable components, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test application components independently, ensuring alignment with acceptance criteria
• Deliver end-to-end SDLC activities following Agile and software craftsmanship principles
• Write high-quality, clean, and reusable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement APIs and data access rules
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team discussions
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Identify and resolve production issues; suggest improvements and automation opportunities
• Perform daily production checks and maintain operational standards
• Conduct release validations, generate metrics, and maintain defect reports
• Support Level 2 / Level 3 production issues
• Contribute to documentation including data models, data dictionaries, and pipeline standards
• Assist in establishing and following best practices within the team

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) fundamentals
• Experience with React.js (or Angular) for frontend development
• Proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (APIs, Microservices)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills (querying, data retrieval)
• Experience with GitHub for end-to-end code management
• Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD and release/version management
• Ability to translate requirements into functional code
