Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer Accessibility Testing with 5 to 8 years of experience in ensuring digital products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accessibility testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Utilize tools such as JAWS, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, WCAG Color Contrast Checker, TalkBack (Android), and VoiceOver (iOS).
• Validate applications against WCAG 2.1 Level A/AA standards and WAI-ARIA guidelines.
• Apply the POUR (Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust) principles during evaluation and testing.
• Conduct compliance assessments for documents, SaaS applications, and other tools used in the market.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accessibility fixes and improvements are properly implemented.
• Provide recommendations and best practices on accessibility from design to deployment.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with axe Dev Tools or similar browser accessibility tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, ARIA attributes, and landmark roles as defined by W3C.
• Practical exposure to mobile accessibility tools and platforms.
