About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Leads to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, along with proven leadership experience. Familiarity with a modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers through the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications
• Drive technical architecture, code quality, and design reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions
• Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API development
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, and Webservices
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Experience with at least one frontend technology: Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and responsive UI design
• Familiarity with application servers like Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Excellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in Agile development methodology and using tools like JIRA, Git, Maven, etc.

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
