Job Overview:

As a SAP Application Expert, you will, in collaboration with the rest of your team, be responsible for maintaining and developing the application end-to-end. This will include design, creation of functional requirements, testing and configuring the SAP solution. You will be part of a team and work with highly competent people with H&M Groups advanced SAP platform with users all over the world. You will have the chance to work with both global roll out of the template solution or strategic maintenance over time. You will also be participating in different initiatives for improvements and innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA), SAP Logistics (SD), and SAP Available to Promise (ATP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and custom-built solutions across SAP CAR, SAP ECC, and Azure.
• Work closely with Enterprise & Solution Architects to define and align technology roadmaps.
• Ensure efficient integration of SAP CAR with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Take ownership of solution design within one or more product areas.
• Develop functional specifications for SAP developers to support business needs.
• Support and facilitate the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of next-generation eCommerce solutions.
• Serve as an ambassador for the product team, representing and advocating for the team in various forums.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory
• Proven ability to deliver solutions in SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA) process flows
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CAR, SAP SD and SAP ATP
• Knowledge and experience in multi-channel retail solutions
• End-to-end Supply Planning knowledge
• Extensive experience in an SAP functional role within a complex business and system landscape
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Desirable
• Experience with Azure solutions
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including IDoc, RFC, REST API, Web Services, and SLT
• A solid understanding of custom development processes using SAP ABAP
• A track record of working effectively with Agile methodologies
• The ability to leverage generative AI tools to enhance productivity in daily tasks

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
