About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Data Conversion Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules and a strong understanding of data conversion, validation, and reporting processes. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate data migration and integrity during Workday implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data conversion activities for Workday HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management modules.
• Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Worksheets for seamless data import/export operations.
• Perform thorough data validation and debugging to ensure accuracy and consistency of migrated data.
• Interpret and work with Workday organizational structures including supervisory orgs and org charts.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Develop or support Workday custom reports and dashboards as needed.
• Provide support during UAT and cutover phases for data conversion-related issues.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management.
• Strong expertise in EIBs, Workday Worksheets, and Org Chart structures.
• Proven debugging and data validation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Workday data models and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a strong plus.
