Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and expertise in leveraging the Workday platform for hiring, candidate tracking, and reporting. You will play a key role in optimizing our recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Workday Recruiting.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and
  • develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • via Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the
  • recruitment lifecycle.
  • Customize and optimize Workday dashboards, reports, and workflows to
  • improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams for Workday enhancements and issue
  • resolution.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Train and support other recruiters or hiring managers in using Workday Recruiting
  • effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing,
  • and offer management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Recruiting module.
  • Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and
  • talent acquisition metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
