Job Description

Position: Financial Systems Senior Analyst-P3

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Projects Consultant who possesses strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of end-to-end process flows within Oracle EBS Financial modules and the ability to provide technical and functional architectural guidance to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.
• Perform hands-on functional setup, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS modules including:
• Oracle Project Accounting
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Account Payables (AP)
• Account Receivables (AR)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA)
• Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Deliver solution design and configuration based on business needs.
• Develop and support custom SQL queries, reports, and data analysis to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues involving SQL, PL/SQL, and data fixes.
• Provide end-to-end implementation and support experience on Oracle Financials and Projects modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Validate functional processes and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of Oracle EBS Financials (Functional & Technical) experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Projects modules.
• Excellent knowledge of business process flows, accounting, and integrations within Oracle Financial modules.
• Proven experience in Oracle Financials & Projects implementation and support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and working with PL/SQL.
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data structures.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree / masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
