Job Description

As a PEGA Infinity Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and guiding employees at our clients across different departments on effectively using the PEGA platform to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. You'll design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various skill levels, ensuring a seamless adoption of PEGA Infinity across the organization. Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden and you will support our clients across Europe. You must be prepared for extensive travelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for employees, ranging from technical teams to business users.
  • Customize training materials to align with the companys specific PEGA use cases and business processes.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and workshops to ensure practical understanding of PEGA functionalities such as workflow design, case management, automation, and AI-driven decisioning.
  • Support employees in applying PEGAs tools to their roles and solving real-world challenges.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and gather feedback to refine and improve the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with ongoing PEGA implementations and updates.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of the PEGA Infinity platform, including:
    • Process design and workflow modeling.
    • Case management and automation.
    • AI and decisioning capabilities.
    • Integration and data management.
  • Proficiency in using PEGA App Studio and low-code development tools.
  • Relevant certifications, such as:
    • PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA).
    • PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
    • PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) (preferred).

Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and their optimization using PEGA.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in developing training programs and materials for diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to end-users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience implementing PEGA Infinity in a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Experience from the bank sector.
  • Fluent in English
