Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models, including Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent systems aligned with the organization's AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend daily stand-ups and work on assigned user stories
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on AI roadmap execution
• Build, optimize, and deploy ML and Generative AI models
• Develop AI agents and RAG-based solutions
• Integrate models into scalable production systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Python, Pandas
• Machine Learning: Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means
• Deep Learning: Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers
• Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Agentic AI
• Tools: LangChain (or similar), MCP
• Cloud: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry
