Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AEM Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of marketing content and workflows delivered through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard.
This role is ideal for a seasoned QA professional with strong exposure to Email and Push Notification channels, and hands-on experience validating content delivery across devices, channels, and marketing platforms. A basic understanding of Hybris/PIM systems within the Retail/Ecommerce ecosystem is also expected.
The selected candidate will design and execute end-to-end test strategies, identify defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for AEM and Adobe Campaign workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for AEM components, assets, email templates, and push notification flows.
- Validate email rendering and deliverability across multiple email clients, browsers, and devices, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
- Test push notifications on iOS and Android devices for accurate delivery, formatting, and functionality.
- Conduct accessibility audits in compliance with WCAG standards and perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Identify automation opportunities and create automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and other frameworks.
- Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Re-test bug fixes and verify that issues meet quality standards before deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful releases and ensure overall product quality.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AEM, Adobe Campaign, QA methodologies, and testing tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong exposure to AEM (Sites, Assets) and Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard.
- Hands-on experience validating email and push communication flows.
- Understanding of Hybris/PIM systems and ecommerce content/product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies (Selenium, JUnit or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality results within timelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Certifications in AEM, Adobe Campaign, or related technologies.
- Experience in Retail/Ecommerce domain testing.
- Exposure to Email rendering/testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid, etc.).
