About the Role

Role: Front End Developer(React.JS)
Exp Range : 7 to 10 years
Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Candidate
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Experts, and Stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize user issues and feature requests in each sprint, balancing urgency and impact.
- Ensure technical excellence and alignment with business objectives across all stages of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable components.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as senior person who can guide and help the team in technical decisions.
- Strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, Azure services, and Pulumi (or similar) (infrastructure‑as‑code).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Experience mentoring developers and managing task execution within agile environments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to balance technical and functional perspectives.
