About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with deep expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will lead platform configuration, automation, and integration efforts, ensuring scalable and compliant risk and operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

GRC / IRM / TPRM

• Design and implement GRC workflows including policy, risk, compliance, and audit modules
• Configure and manage Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle: onboarding, tiering, assessments, and remediation
• Develop and maintain authority documents, citations, policies, controls, and risk indicators
• Create and manage check definitions and instances for automated compliance validation

Platform Configuration

• Manage update sets across environments, ensuring version control and deployment integrity
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance analytics for risk and compliance reporting
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows

ITOM & Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MID Servers for Discovery and integrations
• Deploy and manage Agent Client Collectors (ACC) for service mapping and data collection
• Create and manage event and alert rules for proactive incident response
• Troubleshoot ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and orchestration flows

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, TPRM, and ITOM modules
• Proficiency in update set management, dashboard creation, and policy lifecycle
• Expertise in MID Server and ACC installation, configuration, and health monitoring
• Solid understanding of CMDB modelling, CI relationships, and reconciliation
• Scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Familiarity with external integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, monitoring tools)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only

Work Location: PAN India

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
